Our Leadership Series is designed to empower your leaders with a fresh perspective and new capabilities that enable them to manage and develop their people more effectively, with greater confidence.
The content within every module is tailored to fit the unique context of your organisation, ensuring we achieve the greatest impact for your investment. Within each topic, we also deliver a mix of proven theory and hands-on learning exercises that are designed to ensure participants can put their new skills into action quickly.

Facilitated by Frances Bearne, an internationally certified coach, team coach and senior people and culture professional, this leadership development programme is delivered in-person or online and is made up of a series of short, high impact training modules that focus on topics like:
Session 1: Creating Trusted Relationships: Building rapport, effective listening and questioning
Session 2: Sustaining Trusted Relationships: Managing conflict through tough (courageous) conversations and provide effective feedback
Session 3: Developing our People: Personal development plans, 1:1 meetings and delegation
Session 4: Coaching Fundamentals & Building a Coaching Culture: Great leadership includes utilising leadership coaching to have great coaching conversations
